Paper faced gypsum board is mainly made of construction plaster (calcined with natural gypsum or chemical byproduct) and protective paper, mixing with fiber, modified starch, coagulant, vesicant and water. Which are mixed, formed, coagulated, cut, dried and sliced into light construction board. They have advantages of lightweight, fire resistance, soundproof, damp proof, heat insulation, easy to operate (planed, nailed or sawed) and disassemble. It’s widely applied in industrial and civil constructions, especially widely used as interior wall and decorative material such as non-main wall of frame structure, indoor surface laminated board and ceiling etc. in high buildings.

Paper gypsum board production line is the equipment, which produces new type building material – paper gypsum board. Its production process is: ripe gypsum, water an all kinds of ingredients that automatically precision measurement, by the continuous, automatic transmission system into the mixer. Stirring mixture into a homogeneous slurry and spread to the continuous move forward in the gypsum board surface paper. During advancing process, after shock, the slurry was complete encapsulation by upper and bottom paper, and squeezed into the very rules slab. Under the continuous production line’s strict control of the speed and stability, the slab continues move forward gradually formed to wet gypsum board with a certain intensity and regular shape. Through the exact and automatic controlled cut system, according to the advanced setting of the size, the wet gypsum board is accurately cut into unit veneer. Veneer ordered by the control system and turning over into the dryer. With the strictly controlled drying temperature, the board absorbed water lost to evaporation. The unit veneers come out from the dryer and gradually cooling down during the advance process of the production line. After turns again, every two unit veneers fold together, after saws the board both sides shuts off according to the regular size and transmits to the automatic hay stacker, piles up neatly and the end product into warehousing.

This production line mainly composing by three major parts, namely: material room, heating system, integral unit.

Equipment types of plaster board production line:

3.       Electricity calefaction drying;

4.       Transmit deep fat calefaction drying

All the above production lines equipments have two types of semi-automatic and full automatic.

This equipment has the feature of small investment, small grounds occupy and easy operation, the paper gypsum boards produced by it are lightweight, heat insulation, sound insulation, fire proofing.
